Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years’ related experience or a Master’s with 6+ years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Experience with MBSE tools: Cameo, DOORS, verification planning, and interface definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Systems Engineering discipline section within SDS SE organization.
• Mentor and staff a Functional Home Room team of 8–12 ICs; manage performance.
• Spend ~20% on FHR responsibilities and ~80% on a technical SDS project.
