This on-site role requires a Secret clearance, strength in leadership, and a track record of delivering complex system engineering lifecycle activities.

The position offers competitive salary in the range $133,000–$199,600 and comprehensive benefits, with 10% travel and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in STEM with 5 years experience or Masters with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
• Experience across the engineering development lifecycle.
• Proven leadership and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Mentoring and coaching diverse, engaged teams.
• High technical problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
