Job Title: Systems Engineering Manager

Copello has partnered with an established engineering company based in Whiteley to recruit a Systems Engineering Manager (SEM).

Role Overview

The SEM is responsible for directing the systems engineering functions to deliver technically compliant solutions, ensuring the overall solution delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate, integrate, and manage resources across engineering disciplines, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure technical delivery according to the Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
2. Support the Project Manager and Design Authority to facilitate successful delivery and integration of technical solutions.

• Strong stakeholder relationship skills in a collaborative environment with partners and suppliers.
• Customer-focused with a dedication to teamwork and high standards of delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
