Job summary

PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engr Support Analyst 2 at Tinker AFB, OK. You will research, analyze and compile basic technical data for system-level concepts to optimize effectiveness in the program lifecycle.

Applies systems engineering processes to derive architectures, requirements, and product designs. The role combines analyst and warehouse duties, coordinating with on-site technicians and USAF personnel to manage parts, PRs/POs, stock levels, and reorders while maintaining liaison

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Force supply processes.
• Active security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain Tinker AFB access.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and submit to Supplier Management.
• Coordinate with Supplier Management for PO placement, status and estimated ship dates.
• Liaison between Supplier Management and Engineering teams.
• Verify part requirements using AF Technical Orders, Parts Lists and Drawings.
• Coordinate scrap and part disposals with Government customer.
• Review aircraft modification drawings and Technical Orders for dispositioning spare parts.
• Research obsolete parts and tools for aging aircraft sustainment.
• Perform monthly equipment calibration PR submittals.
• Work with Gold system for parts management.
