Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• 5+ years in systems engineering/analysis.
• Strong IT fundamentals: servers, networks, databases, security.
• Experience provisioning and maintaining systems hardware/software.
• Ability to gather and validate system requirements.
• Ability to work across languages/OS/hardware.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development and integration of enterprise solutions via config, development, workflow automation and governance.
• Provide technical leadership: mentor teams, design reviews, platform optimization, documentation.
• Provide high-level technical expertise across system operations, admin, analysis, engineering and design.
• Assess new IT projects and recommend design solutions and processes.
• Design and develop reusable components, code and automation frameworks; maintain CI/CD scripts.
• Lead complex systems development, OS upgrades, architecture analysis.
• Develop technical specs from needs, interface docs, test plans; verify conformance.
• Analyze operations to identify improvements; plan business case and feasibility analysis.
• Serve as technical expert and liaison with the client; align with needs.
• Architect, implement and evaluate secure infrastructure tools and services.
• Lead installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of OS, apps, system mgmt tools; mentor junior staff.
