Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Pursuing degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or other related mathematic/engineering/scientific field.
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, development and test of system-level solutions, subsystems, and integrated components for a variety of systems.
• Translate customer/operational requirements into system requirements, specifications, and design criteria.
• Develop test plans and procedures to exercise critical aspects of the system and validate performance against requirements.
• Perform systems analysis, trade studies, and gap analyses to support design decisions and risk mitigation.
• Support integration and verification activities, including fault isolation, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
• Document and communicate highly technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
