Job summary

CTDI is offering a paid Summer Internship for engineering majors at our West Chester, PA location. Rising juniors and seniors will work on real engineering challenges, developing test systems, troubleshooting hardware, and creating mechanical designs.

You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience, document results, and present your final project to CTDI leadership. This on-site program provides exposure to testing, manufacturing, and logistics in a global engineering

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or computer engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects related to product testing, automation, manufacturing, and process improvement.
• Assist with hardware, software, and mechanical design initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, engineering drawings, reports and work instructions.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world engineering challenges.
