Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a BS program with a major in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
  • Availability to work full-time (40+ hrs/week) Jan–Aug 2027
  • Working knowledge of powertrain or drivetrain components
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, lab instruments and measurement devices
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; self-motivated; able to work under general supervision

Responsibilities

  • Support system-level testing and validation of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Assist with hands-on prototype and production builds
  • Assist with test instrumentation and post-test data analysis
