Job summary

RTX invites motivated students to join a Hybrid Co-Op internship in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, from July to December, supporting engineering processes and testing diagnostic systems. The program seeks candidates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering with strong English communication skills.

You will learn hardware and software standards while contributing to design option studies and project documentation, in a mentored environment aligned with RTX’s

Immerse yourself in a Monday-Friday Co-Op session, that will run from July to December (it is expected students will take this time off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.What you will do:

• Assists in conducting engineering processes and standard work, including verification and qualification procedures.
• Creates, compiles and consolidates testing on diagnostic systems containing logical and mathematical solutions.
• Assists in conducting disciplinary research on one or more stages of the equipment design phase to develop design options and recommendations.
• Learns hardware and software standards and ensures work product adheres to these standards and business objectives of the organization are met.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English

Qualifications you must have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in mechanical, electrical, or computer engineering.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
