Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Systems Engineering and IT Architecture.
• Designing and managing technical architectures for on-premises data centers and cloud environments.
• Engineering complex Network infrastructure and End-User computing solutions at scale.
• Mastery in authoring formal Systems Engineering artifacts (CONOPS, SRS, SDDs, SEMPs, Test Plans).
• Experience briefing senior executives on complex problems and architectural trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture Design: author and maintain System Architecture and design docs.
• Requirements Engineering: derive formal system requirements from CONOPS and high-level architectures.
• Hybrid Environment Engineering: design for on-prem and off-prem infrastructures.
• Verification & Validation Oversight: develop and execute system integration and test plans.
• Government & Executive Liaison: interface with senior executives on engineering considerations.
• Cross-Functional Communication: align architecture with schedules.
• High-Level Documentation: defend technical documentation in TEMs.
• Feasibility & Trade Studies: advise on approaches and conduct feasibility studies.
• Integration Leadership: lead integration of requirements and technologies.
