Job summary

CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles across the full lifecycle. You will interact with sponsors and senior leadership to ensure technical integrity and delivery across ISO/IEC 15288 processes.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Poly, IAT Level 3 certification, and familiarity with Docker. Travel up to 10% across the Continental US is expected. Strong leadership for complex engineering problems is essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• IAT Level 3 Certification.
• Familiarity with Docker and Containerization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field + 20 years of systems engineering experience.
• Or equivalent combos: HS diploma + 24 years of experience; Master’s or PhD substitutions.
• Qualified engineering fields include Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
• Related disciplines include Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities within ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Prepare work products across Project, Technical, Agreement, and Enterprise Process Areas.
• Analyze technical alternatives and provide preliminary recommendations.
• Lead or supervise contractor engineers and technicians on projects.
• Brief stakeholders on technical status and decisions.
• Develop and deliver work products across multiple process areas.
• Plan and develop engineering projects with high-priority capabilities.
