GDIT is seeking a Systems Engineer to secure and operate mission-critical systems for the Intelligence Community in a Kubernetes-based on-prem environment at Herndon. You will apply DevSecOps practices and support containerized workloads with modern tooling.

This role requires Top Secret clearance with Polygraph and 10+ years of related experience. The position involves deploying, securing, and maintaining systems, collaborating with teams, and delivering reliable, actionable intelligence

Formación

• 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Demonstrated DevSecOps with configuration management and continuous delivery.
• Experience building and securing containers in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide DevOps discipline across projects.
• Develop scripts (Bash, Python, Java, C#).
• Manage Linux environments and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Work with Git, Nexus/Artifactory, and container registries.
• Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and Rundeck.
• Handle build/packaging with Gradle, Maven, Poetry.
