Qualifications

Experience with Windows and Linux system administration and cloud provisioning.
3+ years in computer networking, cloud provisioning/procurement, or related cyber operations.
2+ years basic software development experience.
4+ years building tech-ops plans using available tools/techniques.
4+ years understanding requirements and selecting technical capabilities.
3+ years misattrib procurement including payments.
3+ years persona identity handling.
3+ years operational tradecraft (OpSec compliance).
3+ years with VPNs/Proxies (Residential, Mobile).
3+ years working with mobile SIMs and eSIMs.
2+ years with incidence tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
3+ years communicating effectively (written and oral).
