Job summary

Aperio Global is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a mission-critical customer in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and experience administering Windows and Linux server environments.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain highly available infrastructure, and support cloud-based operations in dynamic environments. Onsite work in Chantilly/Reston area with limited travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux server-client environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise information systems.
• Experience troubleshooting system performance and resolving technical issues.
• Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise computing environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.
• Troubleshoot system and network performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance mission-critical information systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify system improvements and implement infrastructure solutions.
• Support system administration activities in cloud and enterprise computing environments.
• Assist with cyber operations through system administration and infrastructure support.
• Evolve existing information systems to meet emerging mission requirements.
