Core4ce is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead technical planning, system integration, and end-to-end analysis across the full system lifecycle. The role requires extensive systems engineering experience and strong analytical capabilities.

The position is full-time in Springfield, VA, with a focus on translating requirements into scalable hardware and software solutions while managing cost and schedule constraints.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 13 years of experience with MA/MS or 15 years with BA/BS in a relevant field.

• Analyses cover all lifecycle stages from concept to disposal.
• Converts customer or product requirements into total system solutions within technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Core4ce is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead technical planning, system integration, and end-to-end analysis across the full system lifecycle, ensuring requirements are translated into effective, scalable solutions. This role requires extensive experience in systems engineering and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related disciplines.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
• Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 13 years of experience and a MA/MS degree. Or BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience within a discipline relevant to the work associated with the position.

Salary Information

• Core4ce provides the listed pay range for this position as a general guideline only and not as a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final offers may take into account a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data alignment, any applicable collective bargaining agreement, and other legal requirements.

Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00
