Job summary

Core4ce has an opportunity for a Systems Engineer working on a mission-critical IC Sponsor program. You will support full lifecycle systems engineering efforts, from requirements analysis to system optimization, with a focus on net-centric IoT architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in the development of complex software driven systems.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.
• Ability to lead the logical and systematic conversion of customer or program requirements into solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Experience with Intel networks, software, and system development
• Ability to interface with customers from both a technical and programmatic context
• Ability to work closely with Program Managers and Chief Engineers to document, manage and communicate systems and software requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute software life-cycle processes including requirements analysis, architecture definition, software design, development oversight, and automated testing.
• Perform data analysis and design inspection to solve element and system level issues.
• Communicate engineering requirements to developers.
• Collaborate on solutions to overcome implementation constraints.
• Serve as an effective liaison between the detailed tasking performed by the engineers and technical leadership.
• Create and maintain systems engineering artifacts to model system behavior.
• Lead the architecture and technical implementation of a net centric scalable IoT system that can operate in connected and disconnected states.
• Take up end to end responsibility for system enhancements.
• Responsible for interfacing with Program Managers for planning and providing regular status updates.
• Lead the technical evaluation of platforms and technologies, tools, architecture and design, performance analysis, and vendor selection
