Que Technology Group, Inc. seeks a motivated Systems Engineer to join a cross-functional team of developers, QA, DevOps, and system engineers to provide SDLC support for the GATEKEEPER product.

The Systems Engineer will assist in building and managing GATEKEEPER product installation and ensure production readiness. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 15 years total with substitutions, knowledge of ICAM, cloud technologies (AWS), RDS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related field.
• Total of 15 years of experience allowed as substitute for a degree (5 years added).
• Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and Integration.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, RDS).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full Software Development Lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with system testing, validation, and performance tuning for production readiness.
• Ensure system security best practices and organizational standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to align system behavior with requirements.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging, and alerting.
