Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in a requirements management position.
Experience with requirements design tools such as DOORS, Jazz, MS Excel.

Responsibilities

Analyzing customer specifications, industry standards, and local processes to develop design requirements.
Managing the design technical solution, adhering to the input requirements.
Managing and implementing requirements changes.
Leading collaborative problem solving that balances risk, time, cost.
Providing technical solutions and estimates for change orders.
Analyzing and mitigating design risks.
Interfacing and guiding electrical hardware and software engineering professionals to execute the work.
Preparing, submitting, and defending design documentation with external customers.
Occasionally acting as an overall Project Engineer on smaller projects.
