Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in algorithm development for radar signal processing (Kalman filtering, probabilistic models, measurement processing).
• Design algorithms to process signal returns into discriminated targets and track them through timelines.
• Define system performance requirements and support interfaces across seeker and missile architecture.
• Analyze system performance and robustness in challenging environments.
• Review and apply DSP techniques to reradiated signal content for accurate identification.
• Support tactical implementation of algorithm designs in Ada or C++ for onboard software.
