Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with 14+ years of expertise and a technical Bachelor’s degree to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, operational concepts, and system architectures to develop detailed specifications.
• Lead system design and development activities, ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Provide guidance on requirements of formulation, alternative solutions, and feasibility studies.
• Develop system architecture, design documentation, and technical plans.
• Oversee integration and implementation planning, including system engineering management and test plans.
• Serve as a technical liaison, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with program objectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all phases of development.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program personnel, government representatives, and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years of development experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ability to substitute years of experience)
• IAT Level II certification (as mandated by DoD Directive 8140.01 & 8570-01-M)
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
