Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online technologies in large enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in email routing, security software, and anti-malware/spam defenses.
• Ability to triage production issues and document troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and implement production solutions in coordination with architecture engineering, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide incident and problem management for production systems and guide escalation.
• Coordinate changes in the environment and ensure monitoring and regulatory requirements are met.
• Apply automation for Exchange installation, configuration, and operational management using PowerShell.
• Support mail migrations, monitoring, and data loss prevention controls within an enterprise Microsoft environment.
