Qualifications

• 2+ years developing complex medical devices with a systems engineering focus.
• Experience in Sleep Therapy/Ventilation products and accessories desirable.
• Knowledge of MBSE, FDA quality systems, and design reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the system engineering deliverables, translating user and business requirements into product requirements.
• Develop and harmonize system design across products and projects; allocate requirements to subsystems.
• Plan and lead system-level design reviews and verification activities.
• Manage system-level defect analysis and remediation during integration, verification, and validation.
• Support Product Risk Management, regulatory and country approval; conduct DFMEA and implement risk controls.
