Position Purpose

The Systems Engineer Manager is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent focused on market needs. They inspire Systems Engineering teams to provide quality service to support a highly stable infrastructure for The Home Depot's business. The manager guides and executes the implementation, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and systems necessary to enable sales, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. They work closely with business stakeholders and stores, supporting system planning reviews and communicating across all organizational levels.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience in Disaster Recovery Planning & Management
• Exposure to governance best practices
• Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration with peers, customers, and SLT – CMDB, Cyber, Infra, IA
