Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Specialty Engineering team in Plymouth, MN. The role involves working on safety programs, executing engineering tasks, and collaborating across disciplines. Candidates for Level 2 require a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or a Master's degree. For Level 3, a Bachelor's + 5 years or a Master's + 3 years is required. Qualifications

• Must have familiarity with multiple engineering domains.
• Experience in hazard analysis such as FMECA, FTA, etc. is preferred.
• Experience leading technical efforts desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute specialty engineering tasks.
• Perform detailed Specialty Engineering analyses.
• Lead safety programs and serve as lead Specialty Engineer.

Skills

Strong interest in working closely with engineers across multiple disciplines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
