• Perform high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex applications.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
• Direct and participate in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, IV&V and DT&E.
• Support data migration strategies and transition of legacy data to shared data environments.
