ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril’s AIS team is seeking a Systems Engineer with a focus on requirements management to facilitate effective design and development of integrated custom software. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for technical contributions during all phases of program execution from proposals to key program milestones.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Establish and maintain traceability between requirements, designs, and tests to ensure the final product meets the specified requirements.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced and quick reaction hardware and software design and development team to ensure requirements flow down and progress on requirement readiness flows up to program leadership.
• Collaborate with other engineers to prepare Test Plans that allocate requirements to test procedures for government acceptance tests.
• Build, develop and maintain external interface control documents; incorporating inputs from stakeholder requirements, interface documentation, and related design and systems engineering documents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience documenting and developing system requirements in support of new product design, development and testing.
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex systems with competing objectives (e.g., performance, schedule, openness, cybersecurity) into executable requirements and execution then delivering on those to meet government expectations.
• Engineering experience in the delivery of integrated software and hardware systems to customer needs.
• Strong technical communication skills, providing the ability to deliver critical technical briefings and conclusions to technical leadership, company leadership, and customers.
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience architecting, developing, and delivering software systems.
• Experience with Command and Control systems and tactical communications systems.

US Salary Range

$140,000 - $245,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
