Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Warehouse Design Engineer in Franklin, OH for a 4-month W2 contract with benefits. You will design and optimize warehouse layouts, product flow, and material handling processes for a large facility transformation.

You will use AutoCAD, SAP S/4HANA, WMS, slotting, and simulation tools to support design and optimization, collaborating with a small engineering team to plan product lines and equipment placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Senior warehouse design/optimization experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP S/4HANA, and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse transformation project, evaluating current operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop material flow and storage strategies for new product lines and high-volume inventory.
• Analyze warehouse capacity, equipment, and processes to improve throughput and reduce wasted space.
