IntelliGenesis is hiring to lead the technical roadmap for secure, scalable CNE solutions. You will architect end-to-end services, enable legacy-to-HPC integration, and ensure security controls while driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities include assessing aging infrastructure, creating prioritization frameworks, and designing modern developer workflows to attract and retain top talent within the agency.

Competenze

• US Citizens only.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Eight (8) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; Bachelor's degree required; four (4) years can substitute for degree.
• Strong background in corporate services and stakeholder management with ROI modeling.
• 5+ years of deep systems engineering and cloud architecture experience in enterprise infrastructure.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design/configuration/usability in production environments, incl. HPC.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernization and incremental migrations, not lift-and-shift.

Mansioni

• Develop the technical roadmap and reusable patterns to leverage LLM solutions; create easy-to-use templates and resources for teams, while preserving on-premise flexibility.
• Architect end-to-end CNE solutions, create integration patterns between legacy systems and HPC, maintain security controls, improve performance and scalability.
• Assess existing infrastructure with stakeholders; document dependencies, evaluate utility, and build prioritization by EOL dates, mission impact, cost efficiency, and user pain points.
• Design modernized workflows and developer experiences; reimagine interaction with development environments and new tools.
• Make CNO the best place for software development at the agency by creating an environment that attracts and retains top talent.
