Systems Engineer II – Systems Integration & Test, Long Range Radars
Location: Woburn, MA
Security Clearance: Secret (interim U.S. government issued clearance required prior to start date)
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship required (only eligible for security clearance)
Responsibilities
- Support integration and test planning/execution, including verification/validation events.
- Execute regression testing and perform scenario‑based analysis to identify and resolve technical observations.
- Support system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
- Execute integration plans and testing activities according to defined tasking milestones and schedules.
- Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for supporting integration, verification, test, and data analysis activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, ensure test‑setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness).
- Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.
- Demonstrate willingness for 10% local and non‑local travel, including experience with domestic and foreign military sales products.
Qualifications
You Must Have
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming languages.
- Experience with systems engineering, radar data analysis, integration, verification, validation and/or system testing.
We Prefer
- Experience using String/HWIL test equipment, RF electronic hardware configuration and installation, and software installations.
- Experience with regression testing radar systems and certifications in CompTIA Network+ and/or CompTIA Security+.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Linux Operating Systems (Red Hat), Unix, and Shell scripting for integration, verification, test, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of creating integration test procedures, test plans, and test scripts; maintaining configuration control documentation.
- Understanding of agile and DevSecOps processes; participation in daily stand‑up, sprint reviews, PI Planning, retrospectives, and use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Individual integration skills and knowledge of radar and signal processing concepts; modeling and determining radar performance.
- Strong team interaction skills.
Salary
The salary range for this role is $68,900 USD – $131,100 USD.
