Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 2 years of experience or an advanced degree.
• Ability to receive and understand technical direction, meet assignment dates, and collaborate in office and lab environments.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to programs/contracts.

Responsibilities

• Work on the STARS air traffic control system, backbone of US air traffic management.
• Join a systems engineering team modernizing STARS under a new contract.
• Verify requirements by developing sell-off criteria with high performance and safety standards.
• Develop subsystem, hardware, and software requirements documentation.
• Support integration, test, and verification planning and execution.
• Lead cybersecurity development activities in coordination with customers.
• Develop requirements and prototype software to modernize ATC nationwide.
• Develop AI solutions to assist customers and engineering teams.
• Strengthen test environment with automated testing tools.
