Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Master's Degree in a relevant discipline/concentration preferred with project experience
• Minimum 2 years in medical product development
• Ability to integrate information from Clinical Medicine, Engineering, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs

Responsibilities

• Leads defined tasks within a larger effort and drives them to on-time, high-quality completion
• Defines system requirements for new algorithms and facilitates transition into projects via clinical review
• Gathers input requirements for medical devices and translates to system/interface specifications
• Simulates or tests aspects of projects to validate output against user requirements
• Develops and executes automated test frameworks and tools to improve efficiency
• Interacts with functional groups for feasibility studies, benchmarking, and technology assessments
• Ensures compliance with FDA regulations and other regulatory requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related engineering field

Master's Degree in a relevant discipline/concentration (preferred)
