Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing embedded software.
• Experience with C, C++, C# and/or Python is required.
• Familiarity with formal software development methodologies and source code management recommended.
• Experience with unit- and integration-level testing and automated testing recommended.
• Experience with testing Embedded Software in implantable medical devices and Bluetooth Low Energy is desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and updates design and interface specifications from requirements.
• Supports implementation, development, and modification of software, test, and tooling.
• Debugs and troubleshoots software problems and suggests strategic future improvements.
• Writes and maintains test design, test cases, and test procedures (automated/manual).
• Contributes to gathering and validating requirements and hazard/risk analysis.
• Presents at design reviews and may lead testing projects.
