Job summary

Credence seeks a Systems Engineer II to support PNT products and CMFF program performance. You will apply SE processes, perform risk and configuration management, and coordinate across government clients, product teams, vendors, and platform representatives.

The role covers requirements analysis, system design, architectural modeling, and integrated master planning for DoD platforms, with collaboration across teams and reviews.

Qualifications

• Active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience developing or maintaining SE plans, requirements and risk artifacts.
• Understanding the SE life cycle: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation.
• Ability to translate complex technical info into clear leadership recommendations.
• Strong written, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and update systems engineering processes and documentation.
• Support the management of technical performance for the CMFF program, including requirements decomposition and Agile planning.
• Perform requirements analysis, documentation, allocation, and traceability.
• Support concept development, sensor design, system architecture, modeling and simulation.
• Plan host-platform integration, test, evaluation, and field demonstrations.
• Identify, document, assess, and manage technical and programmatic risks.
• Create and revise engineering documentation for program milestones.
• Attend and support program reviews (SSRs, SRRs, SFRs, PDRs, CDRs, PRRs, FCAs, PCAs).
• Interface with external stakeholders and evaluate DOTMLPF impacts for PNT products.
