S3, Inc. has an opening for a Systems Engineer to support the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft program (MV-75 Cheyenne II) at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

The role involves supporting development, production, and lifecycle management of the aircraft with a focus on requirements, interfaces, and design baselines. The successful candidate will track performance requirements, participate in design reviews, maintain baselines and data packages, and assist in risk management and scheduling while pursuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a year of relevant experience.
• US citizen with the ability to maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and technical writing capabilities.
• Basic understanding of systems engineering processes and configuration management.
• Familiarity with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and mapping system performance requirements for the MV-75 Cheyenne II.
• Participate in PDR and CDR milestone reviews.
• Maintain technical baselines, interface control documents, and configuration data packages.
• Monitor risks, action items, and engineering change proposals under senior guidance.
• Gather and compile compliance data from upcoming component evaluations, flight simulations, and tests.
• Provide technical input to senior engineers and program management.
• Assist in creating and tracking project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support other technical tasks while growing in the field.
