Job summary

RTX invites ambitious candidates to join a structured internship that leads to full-time employment after graduation. This position requires active DoD Secret clearance eligibility and U.S.

citizenship, with on-site work at US-MA-Woburn. You will contribute to digital test strategy, AI/ML initiatives, and enterprise-wide digital engineering workflows while collaborating with senior engineers and technology leaders.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date.
• Experience in software development and automation using Python, MATLAB, and related tools to build solutions for system modeling, analysis, and data processing, including applications in AI/ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to transformation initiatives such as Digital Test Strategy, AI/ML, Test.
• Drive Multidisciplinary Capability, and TestForward to enhance engineering execution.
• Collaborate with Discipline leaders, Lead Systems Engineers (LSEs), Test Architects (TAs), and Chief Technologists across the Technology Pyramid.
• Support system-level analysis, trade studies, modeling efforts, and early concept development tied to technology strategy.
• Assist programs with technology deployment, training, and new use case development.
• Participate in developing, improving, and deploying enterprise-wide processes, tools, methods, and digital engineering workflows.
• Travel as required to support testing, technical reviews, collaboration events, or program activities across engineering sites and facilities.
