Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to help develop next-generation edge processing solutions for space, RF, mixed signal and EW programs.

You will join a matrix-driven engineering team and collaborate with program management, operations and leadership to meet customer needs. Travel up to 20% is required, and US citizenship with potential security clearance is noted.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineerto assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury’s industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines.You’ll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.

This is an ideal position if you thrive in a smaller, collaborative, team environment. As opposed typically larger organizations, our company culture offers the ability to gain depth and breadth of experience while wearing many hats and the opportunity to make an impact.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM (EE, CE, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation
  • Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
  • Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
  • This position requires you to haveor obtaina government security clearance in the future. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.

  • Applied experience in Jama & requirements management.
  • Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
  • Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
  • Master’s degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline.
  • Systems Design experience.
  • Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Experience in Confluence and Jira.
