Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer to assist in developing the next generation of Mercury’s edge processing solutions. You’ll support Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines.

You’ll work in a matrix organization with program management, operations and leadership to meet customer needs. This is an ideal position if you thrive in a smaller, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM discipline.
  • 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation.
  • Experience translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
  • Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.
  • This position requires you to have or obtain a government security clearance in the future. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
  • Master’s degree in a Systems Engineering or STEM discipline (preferred).
  • Applied experience in Jama & requirements management.
  • Applied experience with Model Based Systems Engineering, with Cameo Enterprise Architect and SysML modeling.
  • Experience with RF and Mixed Signal, ADC and DAC, heterogenous (FPGA and SoC) processing applications.
  • Familiarity with high-performance RF and digital processing solutions as applied to radar and Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Experience in Confluence and Jira.

Job description

Mercury Systems is seeking a Systems Engineerto assist in the development of the next-generation of Mercury’s industry-leading edge processing solutions. In this role, you will be supporting Space programs, RF, Mixed Signal and Electronic Warfare product lines.You’ll be working in a matrix organization on multi-disciplined engineering teams while collaborating with program management, operations, and our leadership to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Science degree or higher in a STEM (EE, CE, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of Systems Engineering experience with requirements, integration, verification and validation
  • Experience executing System Engineering activities such as translating stakeholder needs, requirements development, interface definition, verification and validation.
  • Ability to travel, up to 20% of the time.

Fulltime Equivalent Job Grade Salary Range for this position

  • $65,200.00 - $130,400.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in FL, GA, IN, AZ, AL, MD or TX, and all remote employees
  • $73,000.00 - $146,000.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in VA, CA, NH or MA
  • $76,900.00 - $153,900.00 annual salary for in-office or hybrid employees in NJ
