Job summary

Transformational Health Network, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support DoD programs in the New York area. You will develop and maintain system-level documentation, manage requirements, and coordinate interfaces across hardware, software, and teams.

Requirements include 7 years SE experience, a related bachelor’s degree (or 5 years additional SE experience in lieu) and ability to work with DoDAF/SOA architectures. TS/SCI clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years’ experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sections of systems engineering documentation (System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, Interface Control Documents).
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure production systems align with defined architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
• Assist with development of system requirements and allocation to hardware, software, facilities, and personnel components.
