Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree plus 1 year, OR Doctoral degree with no experience.
• Experience in engineering systems over their lifecycle and ABET coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concept of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development.
• Perform high-level system design, specifying system/component performance and interface requirements, and developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements.
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
