Sensible Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (SSATI) is seeking a System Engineer Level 2 with active TS/SCI clearance w/ Polygraph for the Fort Meade, MD area.

The role covers requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, cybersecurity, deployment, operations, and sustainment across the full system lifecycle. The candidate will provide technical leadership, develop system architectures, and coordinate with government and program teams to ensure performance and compliance with

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5 years may substitute for the degree.
• 14 years of System Engineer experience in similar programs is required.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 (Security+) certification is required.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, concepts, and high-level architectures to derive system requirements.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration.
• Develop system engineering plans, requirements specifications, and interface documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure traceability across lifecycle stages.
• Support DoDAF-based architecture, DoD C&A processes, and system verification efforts.
