Responsibilities

• Successfully handles internal ticketing processing; serves as escalation point.
• Manages cloud telephony system; documents service requests for outages/changes.
• Configures, manages, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN and network components.
• Collaborates with supervisor on technology needs for moves/adds/changes.
• Manages laptops/desktops; installs/configs OS, software, hardware; documents procedures.
• Troubleshoots Office 365 issues and handles licensing/permissions.
