Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with server and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS).
• Hands-on Azure experience (compute, storage, networking).
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery.
• Working knowledge of networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain Azure environments (VMs, storage, networking).
• Administer virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Keep backup and recovery systems ready when needed most.
• Configure and support Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services.
• Monitor and optimize storage platforms (SAN/NAS), performance, and capacity.
• Manage identity, access, and core network services.
• Troubleshoot and escalate on tickets and alerts as needed.
• Keep documentation current so the team stays aligned.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and collaborate on infra projects.
