Job summary

Auria is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the HADES program, with full-time on-site requirements at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico. The role involves hardware and software integration, test infrastructure, and lifecycle sustainment across ground control systems for space mission readiness.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, MBSE/DOORS/Cameo experience, and familiarity with CI/CD tools within a structured software development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Information Systems, or related STEM discipline.
• US citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation date within scope (6 years).
• 4+ years of experience on a project of similar scope or complexity (2+ years with a Master's).
• Experience with MBSE/DOORS/Cameo and CI/CD tools (GitLab/GitHub/Azure/Jenkins/Nexus).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering, development, integration, and sustainment of hardware and antenna service integration systems within the architecture.
• Deliver systems engineering, development, integration, and sustainment of test support infrastructure for space vehicle factory and launch-based testing activities.
• Support ongoing mission integration and technical activities across all Ground Control systems, ensuring seamless functionality and interface compliance.
• Maintain lifecycle sustainment for current missions and new missions.
• Plan requirements analysis, procurement, development, installation, integration, testing, and operational readiness.
