Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth is seeking a Level 2 Systems Engineer to support the Capability Integration Strategy (CIS) function. You will execute defined work products, maintain traceable evidence, coordinate with adjacent teams, and ensure quality and currency within priorities and standards.

Focus areas include architecture planning, data pipelines, verification planning, and decision metrics across four tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Evidence of technical depth in at least one technical track with defined scope.
• Ability to apply standards consistently and raise ambiguity when needed.
• Experience coordinating across teams and managing dependencies.
• Active Security clearance requirements at start and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain elements of the technical baseline including scope and schedule.
• Map dependencies and support integration and verification planning.
• Apply deficiency taxonomy across hardware, software, and documentation; track impact.
• Assemble release-readiness evidence and traceable health assessments.
• Validate portfolio data and produce dashboards for capability, cost, schedule and risk.
• Prepare analysis for technical reviews using common data.
