Koch Companies Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Systems Engineer to serve as the intermediary for the SR Systems teams, providing cyber security leadership and supporting upgrades across Koch Logistics and Koch Corporate IT. This role focuses on implementing new technologies, improving processes, and strengthening security postures.

The position is located in Golden Valley, MN, with a 1st shift schedule and a salary range of $90,000-$105,000, commensurate with experience.

• Perform diagnosis and resolution tasks for problem/service requests.
• Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets with vendors and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients and team members to resolve issues and improve user satisfaction.
• Monitor hardware and assess life expectancy, warranties, and licenses.
• Build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure servers at various locations.
• Administer firewalls and backup systems across sites.
• Troubleshoot network issues and support enterprise software upgrades.
