Job summary

Exeon Analytics, a Swiss cyber security company, seeks a Systems Engineer to design data flow for core products, including ingestion pipelines, deployments, and scalability across on-prem and air-gapped environments.

You will split your time between building tooling and deploying/operating with customers, shaping both scalability and customer success. Strong Python/Bash skills and UNIX/Linux expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering, data engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of network and application security and telemetry relevant to detection.
• UNIX/Linux experience, including networking, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in containerized deployments (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Bash, with a focus on automation and production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Build tooling and automation to simplify deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Exeon.NDR, Exeon.UEBA, log collection and supporting components.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable log ingestion pipelines for diverse sources and formats (parsing, normalization, validation).
• Deploy and operate Exeon in customer environments (on-prem, private cloud, hybrid);, including sizing and troubleshooting.
• Work with customers to understand data sources and translate into clear product/engineering requirements.
• Contribute to customer support, documentation, and runbooks alongside Solutions team.
