Boeing Future of Flight is seeking a contract MBSE Systems Engineer to support system architects and engineering SMEs on-site. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, rigorous MBSE implementation, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. A U.S.
Secret clearance is required, with ongoing eligibility for SAP access. The candidate will drive requirements, architecture work, verification planning, and interface management to ensure program success in a government/defense context.
This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.
The selected individual will support system architects, engineering SMEs, and other stakeholders in implementing, developing and managing the MBSE approach for the program, in coordination with the System Engineering team and program leadership. The ability to work and lead in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. The selected individual will work in a fast paced, innovative environment where excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written, and verbal communications skills are essential.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
