Job summary

Universal Music Group seeks a Systems Engineer to join our Technical Operations Center. You will apply server and cloud management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the UMG Global infrastructure.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing capacity analyses, and coordinating with vendors and regional IT groups for timely resolutions. On-call duties and automation development are expected as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field.
• Preferred certifications: AWS, MCSE, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues under time pressure.
• Perform capacity and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with global IT groups to resolve problems.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues and communicate timely.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts and ensure documentation and standards.
