Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field.
• AWS, MCSE, other professional certifications are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation Certification strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve problems under time constraints and business pressure.
• Contribute to capacity and performance analysis.
• Work with vendors and IT groups to resolve issues.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational issues and communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and ensure high quality processes and procedures.
• Maintain redundancy, backup and disaster recovery procedures.
