Boeing Defense and Space Systems is growing in the area of aircraft, missile, weapons and autonomous system Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) system design, development, integration, and test.
The InterContinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Minuteman III Guidance Engineering team is looking for motivated, talented engineers to join this robust long-term program. The candidate supports sustainment with a focus on Nuclear Hardness and Survivability (NH&S).
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 2: $91,800-$124,200
Level 3: $112,200-$151,800
